Quick to get it rented out and knew about the area

Taylah was very helpful during the entire process, a great communicator and speedy replies. Whenever something arose there was a quick and easy solution.

Existing tenant left unexpectedly and Harcourts (Dearne) quickly engaged a new tenant for our property. This process was well managed for us and without any difficulty on our part.

I have dealt mainly with Nikita and Lance who have been friendly, understanding and exceptionally quick in responding / replying to any queries or concern. The other members of the team have again been diligent and exceptionally friendly. Highly recommended.

Nikita kept in close contact through settlement and handover, and was quick to flag anything that needed attention. She pulled together quotes from several trades, got second quotes when I asked, and gave clear answers to every question so I could make decisions quickly. She also stepped in with the vendor and our solicitor to help resolve a few post-settlement items, which saved me a lot of back and forth. Lance and Nikita gave honest feedback on the market and pricing, with weekly reports throughout the campaign. We had a quality tenant signed within a few weeks. Communication has been prompt, friendly and professional throughout. I’d happily recommend Harrison Agents to any investor, especially if you’re managing a property from another state.

Finding a rental property in Launceston was made easy by the professionalism and efficiency of the team at Harrison Agents. Led by Lance Carnes who was so friendly and helpful in the process, patiently detailing all the steps required. Everything moved extremely quickly and effortlessly throughout the process.

Makayla and Sarah I honestly can’t thank her enough for everything she has done for us. From start to finish, she made what can be such a stressful and overwhelming process feel so easy and smooth. She was so understanding, supportive and genuinely caring, and she took so much stress off our shoulders during a time that meant so much to us. The whole process was so quick and seamless, and I’m incredibly grateful for how easy she made everything. It’s not often you come across someone who genuinely listens, understands your situation and goes out of their way to help you. Thank you for making this experience such a positive one for us. Your kindness, understanding and professionalism have meant more than you know. We are so grateful and couldn’t have asked for a better person to help us through this process. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a real estate agent who truly cares about her clients. ❤️

Very responsive, quick application process, very friendly

Two agents in the property is very responsive and helpful. Most important to me is quick responses from them for any matter.
