Communication is quite poor. We had no input on the tenants for the units. I was not told that the tenant was moving in a week earlier into Unit 4 and was only when I asked. Was disappointed that the agreement was Centre Care was not sorted out properly for Units 5, 6 and 7. I still haven't heard where that is up to and we still haven't received any rental payments for our units.

Grace Nicolson has handled my application and approval for a one Brm unit in Campbell Town Tasmania. Having a apply for Bond Assistance through a government agency and being a Pensioner. My application was approved promptly without fuss. A small issues occurred with the front door lock and this was resolved relatively quickly without fuss. I have found Grace to be effective and business like in my dealings with Harcourts Northern Midlands.
