I absolutely recommend Grace from Harcourts Northern Midlands to manage your property. From the outset, Grace has been an excellent communicator and demonstrates exceptional customer service. Grace has listened, understood and acted upon my requests. She has promptly answered my queries and finds solutions. I also appreciate that Grace has a network of providers and tradespeople that can be drawn upon. Having only recently purchased my property, there were a few maintenance jobs and improvements that I wanted done and because I am interstate, Grace was happy to liaise with multiple parties, spending additional time with them onsite to enable inspections and quotes to be done. My property is already now leased and Grace has proven her knowledge and experience in dealing with applicants/prospective tenants and managing everyone's expectations. Icing on the cake is that Grace is friendly and positive, a pleasure to deal with.

I saw the cottage on Real Estate.com and decided to drive up from Hobart to have a better look. I was met by the lovely Dearne who was an absolute delight to deal with. She answered all my queries in a friendly efficient manner. I was very happy to receive the call to say that I had been successful and since then all the staff have been so helpful with any queries I’ve had. Perhaps the most significant aspect of dealing with the Harcourts gang is their ability to understand and communicate with people. I worked in a bank for nearly 30 years and during that time developed “people skills “ that only come from years of practice. These skills include the ability to ask “key questions “ to understand what people really want and to be able to read their body language to gauge if they are being truthful or not. Donna seems to understand this and is genuinely open and easy to get along with. Overall a very professional team. Well done

I got the keys to my new home today, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the very beginning, Donna has been nothing short of amazing.
