Jessica went above and beyond her duties as an estate agent by assisting with organising and holding payment for gardeners etc. after I moved from the house. Also very patient when there were some difficulties. As well Harcourts have a great network around the State allowing sale documents to be sent to other Harcourts offices for signing and return.

When I made the difficult choice of selling my late parents home I was in a terribly dark place emotionally. I invited several agents to appraise the home and they were all impressive. I informed them that I would place the home on the market in a few months after reuniting my late parents in death in England. All were respectful of that decision. On my return I made my decision to engage Chelsea to market my parents home. Chelsea exuded a combination of calmness, industry knowledge and skill. I reside in N.S.W. not in Tasmania. I am so pleased with the way that she conducted the sale. She was empathetic and thoroughly professional at the same time. Chelsea's level of communication is first class. Any questions I had were answered promptly and concisely. Regular updates were given often outside of regular office hours where necessary. Chelsea had given me what turned out to be a very accurate indication of what might have been achieved for the property without any exaggeration. She was unwavering in her pursuit of our target. I believe that both the buyer of my parents property and myself as the seller are more than pleased with the outcome.
