Perhaps the most significant aspect of dealing with the Harcourts gang is their ability to understand and communicate with people. I worked in a bank for nearly 30 years and during that time developed “people skills “ that only come from years of practice. These skills include the ability to ask “key questions “ to understand what people really want and to be able to read their body language to gauge if they are being truthful or not.
