We found selling with Shane very frustrating lack of communication not following through with what he said . We took our house off the market after 5 months of nothing and had a looker wanting to have a look so we agreed . Husband came like the house wanted to come back with wife Shane and he could not find a time that suited so we showed them through not once but 3 more times . They brought the house rang Shane to let him know final settlement date and he said I'll be there on Tuesday never showed never rang and have not seen or heard from him since real good customer service you need seller as well as buyer. Could not recommend Shane very disappointed
