Julianne is extremely professional and has a thorough knowledge of the local market. Her sunny personality helps instil confidence in what can be a stressful time. She continually kept me informed throughout the campaign so I was never left wondering. Julianne is always solution focussed so not even a Natural Disaster (with the property being impacted by flood mid campaign) swayed her determination to find the right buyer. Once the decision was made to still sell the property Julianne was able to pivot, redirect the campaign and secure a sale fairly quickly.

Julianne was very easy to deal with during the relatively quick sale of our property. She helped set a realistic asking price and did everything she said she would regarding advertising, open homes, communicating etc. As we were living away from the area communication was all by phone and emails which was no problem at all for Julianne. I found her friendly and efficient and was able to explain the processes during the sale. No negatives to comment on!

When we viewed our home for the first time, Julianne went out of her way to make us feel like we could take our time viewing the property. She had a very calm presence, was not pushy at all and gave us all the information we needed. After making an offer, she was very prompt and transparent in her responses. This was our first time buying a property and we were overseas for part of the process which could have been very stressful, but we felt like Julianne was 'on our side' and committed to making the sale work for us. After dealing with a few sales people using very questionable sales tactics, it was a great relief to us to find an agent who did not seem dishonest or pushy. Thankyou Julianne!
