Jason is experienced, enthusiastic and knowledgeable, and saw positive aspects of the property we hadn't thought of. Enthusiasm for the property and total commitment to the sale process
I chose Jason to sell my property because he was the most enthusiastic about the property of all the agents I had out to appraise the place. He showed an appreciation of all the work that had been achieved to date but also was also able to envision many potential uses for the property and opportunities for an income from the property. Once appointed Jason gave regular feedback and kept me updated continually about all people that went and viewed the property or even about enquiries. Right up to final settlement Jason continued to be in contact and provide updates.

Professional and personable
This was our 2nd time working with Clancy to sell our property. We chose to do so again based on our first experience. Clancy is well informed in regards to the market in gympie. The video clip he did for us was extremely well done. He only brought serious buyers through the property and gave us prompt feedback on the inspection. We felt we had a good relationship with him..that we were heard and advised appropriately. We would not hesitate to recommend Clancy to anyone buying or selling in the Gympie area.
