Recently, I decided to sell an investment property in Victory Heights, Gympie that no longer made financial sense in my changed personal circumstances. As Ray White (formerly LJ Hooker) had been doing such a great job managing the property, I trusted them to sell. I'd had phone contact with Clancy before when I requested a valuation, and was impressed with his pleasant, straight talking manner. When I recently put the property up for sale, Clancy went into action. Despite some setbacks, he kept up the campaign and achieved a solid, realistic price within two months. All through the process, he kept me fully informed without any spin. I had confidence in his advice, such as reducing the asking price slightly to realistically meet the market. That did the trick. Otherwise, I'm sure the house would still be on the market, costing me more money in the long run. Being a local born and bred gives him an insight into changes in the local market. All I can say is that Clancy did the right thing by me. He's quietly proud of the work he does and the results he achieves, and with good reason.
