James and his team did a great job presenting our property to the market. James was upfront with his expectations (that exceeded my own) even in the light of a changing interest rate environment. We agreed to a plan and James executed it to the letter. We were consulted along the way but James and his team did the heavy lifting, even making first contact with existing tenants even though I was managing the lease myself. We were able to get a great return on our investment with short campaign and settlement periods.

We bought a recently subdivided block and so there was not just the house sale, but also understanding how the block division behind us integrated to our experience. Michelle navigated the challenges of having to engaged with us as part of a multi-stakeholder situation with kindness and easy communication. Whenever we emailed, she always tried her best to respond in a timely manner with as much information as she could. Our experience was mainly with Gypsy on buying this property, we only really had words with James at the open inspection. Gypsy kept us informed throughout the process and kept a clear open line of communication. She was able to answer our questions promptly and as accurately as possible. If she didn't have the answer to something she would find out and get back to us. We never had to chase her up for anything. Overall it has been a good experience. Max.

The property is a rural farm, not just a suburban house. They showed an appreciation for rural aesthetics, also it's heritage and history, and that we were dealing with a deceased estate, (not an easy time). It was sold quickly. Very pleased with the quick response on a few late issues that cropped up too. Thank you on behalf of my family.
