It was a relatively painless experience. The only negative that I had was when I was talking about the dodgy painter the company recommended that added GST afterwards. Unfortunately James had been telling me we could get furniture in the place for $1,500. Then when I said, ok, he said... whoops... plus GST. Then he added $250 on top of the $1,500 ( I thought GST was 10%). That was really the only thing that put me on the back foot. Other than that, the sale was quick and painless and I thank him for that.
