You have to have the patience of Job, learn to sort wheat from chaff, smile when you are really pained, be patient and courteous at all times, balance competing interests from the interested parties and a whole lot more. James and Declan have these qualities and more, in spades. Right from our initial conference to discuss needs and expectations, through spot on staging and marketing, tricky negotiations during and right up to the end of cooling off, through to nursing a drawn out post sale period to final settlement. What a sterling effort!!!!
