She was always available to answer our questions, and communicated clearly throughout the entire process. We particularly appreciated her honesty and transparency about the challenges in the current market, while still maintaining confidence in achieving a great result. She delivered on that confidence, selling our house in just over a week at a price we were very happy with. Ly is organised, professional and trustworthy. We highly recommend her!

We could not have asked any more of Lolit Bumanlag, when we needed guidance, her was there. Lolit did everything possible including extra showings on weekdays when viewing numbers where down to ensure viewers had every change to be available and always stayed positive in a difficult time with lots of unknowns.

David was a wonderful real estate agent. If you are considering buying or selling in Ningi, I would recommend speaking with David Dillion, before you make a final decision

From our first interaction, Lolit and her team were friendly, approachable and genuinely helpful. Although they were acting for the seller, I found Lolit to be incredibly professional, honest and responsive throughout the entire purchasing process. She communicated openly, answered any question promptly and kept me informed at every stage, which made the entire process feel seamless. I never felt pressured, and their honesty and professionalism gave me confidence throughout the transaction. Their knowledge of the market and attention to detail made what could have been an overwhelming experience feel smooth and straightforward. What really stood out was her genuine passion for what she does. It was clear she wasnt simply focused on closing a sale, but was committed to achieving the best possible outcome for everyone involved. It is evident that she truly cares about all involved and the people she works with. Buying a property is stressful, but they made it an enjoyable experience. I would highly recommend Lolit and her team to anyone looking for an exemplary experience.
