Great follow up and responsive

Karen communicated well across all aspects of the purchase and was really responsive to contact. There were a few bumps in the road that she worked to get us through, including the impact COVID19 restrictions bought mid purchase. With an eye for detail she definitely made the process much easier than it might have been with a different agent.
