Outstanding service from start to finish

Great experience working with Jess

We recently purchased our home through Jess, and we’re really grateful for how smooth and well-managed the entire process was. Jess was patient, professional, and always easy to communicate with. As buyers, we had quite a few questions along the way, and she consistently took the time to explain everything clearly and make sure we felt comfortable at each step. What stood out the most was how proactive she was in keeping things moving. Great Job Karen!!

Karen Nelson is a force of nature. Extremely knowledgable about real estate in Hallett Cove and very passionate about it. Karen was an excellent communicator throughout the whole selling process. Karen was extremely helpful in assisting us to navigate each stage of the selling process.She helped us with excellent referrals to prepare our house for sale. Her project management skills were excellent, and she was easily reachable. We had a very satisfying result and it was all pretty smooth sailing right up until the end the day of settlement. Knows the market, manages expectations well, excellent network.

We went with Karen after researching who had the best results in Hallett Cove. Karen was the stand-out in that list and she certainly delivered. What I appreciated was that she didn’t over promise, managed my expectations well, kept in regular and quick contact, and had a quality network of well-priced reliable contractors. We managed to sell off-market within the timeframe we needed and for a better price than we anticipated. Karen put in the hard work to make that happen.
