After looking for a property for some time and dealing with many agents I was very fortunate to come across these guys who are extremely helpful and genuinely willing to help. My first point of contact was Dimitri very professional, then meeting Nikki at the inspection who is amazing. In 3 days Nikki and Dimitri had us approved and the deal was signed. I think there rivals have a thing or to learn off these guys.. A big difference to applying for a property and hearing nothing only to find out it was leased on line.. I cannot rate Dimitri and his team highly enough. I was super nervous taking on a second mortgage for our investment property during the pandemic and Dimitri reassured us every step of the way. More importantly, he was totally honest and transparent, when we had our first tenants pull out at the last minute he informed us immediately and his team continued to work to secure high-quality tenants. In just a couple of weeks from the settlement, we had tenants with a long-term lease. Obviously, the key thing you want from an agent is to get the job done and quickly, which is exactly what Dimitri and team did for us, but his friendly, honest nature was the icing on the cake.

Katie, is with out a doubt the most competent and warmest property manager that my partner Melanie and I have had the pleasure of dealing with. With the daunting prospect of a complete relocation from Sydney to Brisbane for career purposes, Katie has done us a quality service and has ensured that we feel that we are in capable hands moving forward. Not only was she easy to get a hold of, but she was true to her word, engaging and was able to facilitate flexible options for us when viewing the property. Melanie and I have encountered many property managers through out the years and none have met the standard of service that katie offers to her customer's. We had an excellent experience with Dimi and the team at Harcourts Property Centre with leasing out our property. We had just come from a terrible experience with another agency so were quite anxious to begin with, but Dimi and the team were fantastic from start to finish and made us feel comfortable and confident that we were in the right hands. Due to the COVID climate, our property took longer than expected to lease, however Dimi and the team never stopped trying, kept us up to date and communicated every step of the way until we got the outcome we wanted (and I believe it was also a suburb record!).
