Sales are always challenging, aiming to get the maximum exposure early, and Pat worked with us for a number of months to determine the best path forward to get the property to the market with the best presentation and Pat achieved a great result. We have gone the full circle with Pat on this property having purchased it 3 years ago with him. We have demolished, rebuilt and now sold with Pat. I came upon Patrick's company by chance as they were the Agents for the sale of a property close to where I lived. Although this property was not suitable for me, I decided to use Patrick's team in handling the sale of our home. The whole process went through extremely efficiently and well. The sale was finalised within in a few weeks, all to my expectations and above. Patrick's team were very professional and also a very personable team.
