Very Satisfied
The task was for the sale of a tenanted property by a specific date. Dayne's assessment of the property was based on thorough knowledge of the market in the area and proved to be spot on. He conducted a professional, no-nonsense marketing plan, found the buyers and negotiated a good outcome for both parties. He kept us fully informed throughout. Mount Gravatt Area
Dayne has helped me to sell two houses in the Mount Gravatt area, with great results both times. I'd been renting the second house through a different real estate agency for years before deciding to sell and left them in charge of the sale, but had little success finding a suitable buyer. After putting Dayne in charge of the sale, his advertising campaign caught the attention of a number of potential buyers and the house was sold for a great price.

Exceptional Service and Results
Trent Powles, Glen Russell and the team at Harcourts Coorparoo managed the sale of our residential properties by auction in May 2016 and another property by negotiation around 5 years ago. Trent's knowledge of the market and advice on the best sale method to use was paramount in achieving results above expectations. Attending to details in preparing the properties for sale was no problem for Trent, the process would have been much longer if left to me and no doubt I would have missed the market in the meantime. The level of service provided by Harcourts Coorparoo was above and beyond expectations and far more valuable and reliable than my experience with other local agents.

We enjoyed dealing with Dayne, he's pleasant and doesn't take himself too seriously. He worked around some serious obstacles, a reluctant tenant and unhelpful body corp treasurer, and got a good price. We'll use him again
