Pat has it all
Pat is extremely knowledgeable about the Carina Heights area. It is obvious that he grew up in the area and loves it. He is unscrupulously honest and will not lead you astray or give you a false impression. He makes sure that he knows all about a property and will answer any query and if he doesn’t know the answer, he ensures that he finds out. Pat is always available and returns calls very promptly. Even though he has so many balls in the air, he makes sure that you feel that he is giving you all of his attention. I know that this occurs whether you’re a buyer or a seller. Pat is a gentleman who is always professional. We have now bought two houses through Pat’s agency and there is no one we would rather deal with.

Incredible Journey
What a journey!!! From 1st visiting Pats listings, to meeting his team, to understanding how the team operates, to selling a new home, then buying a new home with Pat has resulted in a long lasting working relationship and now friendship.
