We decided to list our property with Pat after watching the market in Carina noticing him as a frequent agent with a good success rate and after talking with him and being impressed with his knowledge of the area and cool calm and collected approach. The property was listed right as the market was unsettled but Pat kept his communication frequent and informed us of all the shifts he was seeing and provided sound advice that helped us achieve a good outcome with the sale of the property.
