The ONLY agent you need to speak to in 4152
This is our first time selling and second time buying a house through Pat and we can’t recommend him and his team highly enough. This was our first time doing a simultaneous settlement so it felt slightly stressful at first as there was a lot of things that we were unsure of that Pat made the effort to explain to us and made us feel like he truly cares. The transaction was completed swiftly and 100% stress free. Pats market knowledge of the Carina area and his communication is second to none. Wether it be email, text or phone call he was always available to answer any questions and give us regular updates along the way. Open and honest cummunication

Buyer of house in Springwood, QLD
Bought a property via Auction in a great and developing suburb. Ross knew the market price very well based on suburbs and sales history within 10km radius. For a while i thought I may have overestimated the winning bid but Ross was extremely helpful in providing sales figures including dealing with our bank appointed valuation firm. Would have no hesitancy in recommending whether it be selling or buying a property Ross very insightful and great communicator.

Patrick was very reliable and an communicator.
Patrick was always professional. He was an excellent communicator and was always reliable. He kept us updated all the way along the selling process until the house was sold. He was very personable and professional in his dealings with us. He is the sort of Real Estate Agent that any client would hope to have if they were selling their property. He left no stone unturned in his endeavours to sell the property. We have dealt with dozens of agents through our lifetime and Patrick would be amongst the best that we have ever had.

Will definitely be using Chris again
Would absolutely recommend Chris to sell your property. He would contact us immediately after open homes, prepared a report on feedback from the opens. Assisted us greatly with dealing with the tenants that were living in the property whilst on the market. Made everything so easy with his great communication and always getting back to you when he said he would. Did not miss a beat! Can’t fault him! Will definitely be using Chris again.

Above expectation
Recently settled the sale of our investment property in an off-market transaction handle by Pat. A street record price was achieved at a significant premium to expectations with no outlay for marketing etc. The deal was done in one week just before Christmas and contracts were signed via docu sign so no running around to get signatures. I have never sold via "off Market" before but Patrick knows his suburbs and had the buyer data on hand to make a deal happen. Was a great outcome for us and the tenant as we did not even have a single open home. I would highly recommedn Pat and his team.

Incredible agent, would highly recommend

Smooth Operator
