Trent's knowledge of the market has been gathered over many years and he is very willing to share. He knew the best marketing tools and did not try to oversell the marketing budget. our experience in the real estate market was fifteen years old, so we needed to update our knowledge of current conditions and procedures. Trent was able to give us good advice on property values in Coorparoo. on his advice, We planned to go to auction, but in the end it was not necessary. Trent identified a buyer after the first open inspection and achieved the best price for us. He also helped with house presentation, helping us to choose tradespeople for some minor repairs and for obtaining a pool safety certificate. He did everything he could to make the process easy and comfortable. His assistance was above and beyond what was necessary! I would rate Trent 12 out of 10.

We don't live in Brisbane so had to review potential agents through research, over the phone and via email. Patrick convinced us to go with Harcourts and we were not disappointed. Patrick suggested improvements to the property and recommended delaying launch of the property on to the market when improvements were not quite ready. Once on the market we received numerous offers for the property and were more than satisfied with the result. We would recommend Patrick and will use his services again in the future.
