Seamless Sale

Up to the task!
Choosing an agent is always very difficult, especially when our house is unique by being the best house in the street. Even in a hot market, we needed an agent that would go above and beyond to set the bar high for the area. We never had any doubt in Pat’s ability, his communication and integrity is second to none. Patrick is friendly, honest and trustworthy. He was an absolute pleasure to work with as he kept consistent communication open through out the pre sale, sale and settlement so we always knew what was going on. His realestate knowledge is current and remarkable and his advice prior to selling was very valuable. The day before our first open home, Brisbane was put into a weekend lockdown. He seamlessly moved the open home to that very afternoon, and had a contract in our inbox by the next day. I couldn't fault a single thing. Pat has a lot of buyers up his sleeve so selling with him just made such alot of sense. We would work with him again and again.

Best Interest Front of Mind
Patrick did what he said he would do and stuck to commitments he made. He came up with and offered solutions through the process which had a direct benefit to result achieved. It is clear his team is well organised and the outcome was better than expected. We will use Patrick in the future I am sure. Great service, attention to detail, and dedicated to finding a buyer
Ross and his sales team at Harcourts Coorparoo did a great job selling my property on the south-side of Brisbane. As a remote owner who was not able to easily travel to Brisbane to work with the team in-person due to Covid state-travel restrictions; Ross quickly built trust and a clear communication stream throughout the sales project. Facing unpredictable market conditions along with a property that required some work and clever marketing to achieve an optimal and fast sales result; Ross worked with me on a plan from the outset that was flexible enough to change. It turned out we needed that flexibility in order to secure a sale, and have it time for a settlement that suited my tenant who was due to vacate; and the buyer and their desired settlement/occupation date. Ross also assisted in reviewing the items around the property worth changing or tending to, in order to secure a sale. His updates reports were detailed and every prospective buyer was assessed and fed-back to me during bi-weekly communications throughout the campaign. I would recommend Ross and his team for anyone looking to sell their property for the best possible outcome, anywhere in the south-side of Brisbane metro.

Highly recommend Ross and Madi
Ross was fantastic, he was professional, on the ball and kept us in the loop at all times, I would highly recommend his services to anybody who wants to buy or sell property. I was really impressed by the speed at which the house was put on the market, the professional marketing materials, advertising and open houses. Madi was also great with her bright and cheerful personality greeting people at the open houses and making them feel welcome. Ross achieved a really great price for us as well, $15,000 more than we expected which was a nice bonus.

Experience and heart

Great experience selling our town house
Paul and Melissa did a great job selling our home. They were friendly and very helpful, we were confident leaving the house and our keys in their hands while we moved interstate. They went above and beyond, meeting the buyer after hours to complete the offer. Would recommend to anyone buying or selling a home.
