Having recently decided to purchase our first home, my wife and I had our eye on Coorparoo as a desirable suburb. Trent, from Harcourts’ Coorparoo office, was excellent to deal with when inspecting their listing (and then purchasing). Trent was approachable, open and honest in his communications with us and had a deep understanding of the suburb, having grown up and living here himself. Trent was responsive to our requests and willing to accommodate subsequent inspections, and didn’t push us when inspecting (we could ask questions when needed but otherwise, he gave us some time and space to look around ourselves, which was appreciated when compared to other agents that were much more abrasive to deal with).
