PICK THIS GUY. Amazing result
Patrick did an amazing job with our sale. In tough economic times, with difficult tenant, we achieved a great result. Nothing was too hard or flustered him. Patrick come up with strategies to mitigate issues, and drove the outcome from the beginning. I am very glad we selected Patrick and you will be too. Very knowledgeable, listened to my concerns and feedback, and put together a great plan that ended in a great result. I'm sure this wasn't one of Patrick's easiest sales, but he was calm and gave me confidence the whole way through.

Patrick Ivey is a First Class Professional real estate agent.
I met Patrick at an open home inspection. I was very impressed with his Professional conduct and salesmanship. So much so i engaged him to sell my home. He guided me through the whole process and kept me up to date with the current status of properties for sale. He also kept me informed on recently sold properties and where I was positioned in the market. He helped me to sell my home within 10 days of the first listing. I was really happy with Patrick, and the way he went out of his way to help me any way he could. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell thier home.

Trent was a great agent to work with!
Having recently decided to purchase our first home, my wife and I had our eye on Coorparoo as a desirable suburb. Trent, from Harcourts’ Coorparoo office, was excellent to deal with when inspecting their listing (and then purchasing). Trent was approachable, open and honest in his communications with us and had a deep understanding of the suburb, having grown up and living here himself. Trent was responsive to our requests and willing to accommodate subsequent inspections, and didn’t push us when inspecting (we could ask questions when needed but otherwise, he gave us some time and space to look around ourselves, which was appreciated when compared to other agents that were much more abrasive to deal with). Would highly recommend Trent as an agent as it was such a smooth and stress-free process working with him. Many thanks again!

A cut above the rest
It is with pleasure that I write this review for Trent. Trent is professional, experienced, determined, trusting, calm - all qualities that we needed when given the responsibility of selling our home. Always very responsive to calls, texts and emails and makes you feel that you are his only client, which you know you are not. Selling our home during the COVID pandemic, was a little daunting but actually was a positive given Trent could only do individual inspections which in my view worked better than a weekly open home. Never was it too much trouble for Trent. I strongly recommend speaking with Trent if you are looking for an agent who is a cut above the rest.
