ONE OF A KIND
We have sold many houses with different agents and Trent was a PLEASURE to work with, not once did we feel he was working for the buyer. It wasn’t easy for him sometimes but he stuck with it and got a great result. We would have no hesitation in recommending Trent as he is honest, hard working and an all round decent bloke. He is the BEST AGENT we have ever experience.

A Positive experience
Our experience selling our house has been very positive. Patrick is a dynamic, friendly, young man who at all times was a pleasure to deal with. His negotiating skills are superb and also his communication with us could not be faulted. We can't thank him enough for selling our property for a price we were happy with. Purchasing a house with an amazing agent
I had a great, smooth and easiest process buying a house with Emma. She is nice, thoroughly and responsive quickly. Buying my recent house through Emma is one of the easiest and less stressful process so far. After buying she helps me to find out a few thing about the house as I plan to demolish it. Definitely will recommend everyone

A wonderful experience that lead to a great result

Young gun indeed!
Always a bit dubious with someone you don't know, but in first meeting Patrick my gut feeling was 'he's the one'. Pleasantly surprised with Patrick's knowledge and professionalism in the communication throughout sale of my home. Level headed straight talker beyond his years. Fantastic service!
Throughout the whole process, I cannot rate Paul and his team any higher. Paul was always at the other end of the phone to answer my questions (no matter how silly) and make sure the whole process went smoothly.

Exceptional agent!
It has been a pleasure working with Patrick. Always cheerful and positive. He was easily contacted and would answer all my questions without hesitation. He would regularly keep me up to date. Right from the first time we met Chris he has always been honest and gone out of his way to assist.
We met Chris about 6 years ago and he has always kept in touch and letting us know what was happening in our area. When we decided to sell we didn't hesitate in contacting Chris to be our agent. Happy seller
Paul Johns did a great job to sell our unit in Morningside and we were really happy with the results. Paul is very personable and a great communicator. As a first time seller, Paul was very helpful and guided us through the whole process of selling at each and every step. Paul discussed a marketing plan strategy and how to position the property, he organised a cheap handyman to make light touch ups on the property, helped with staging the property. Buyer feedback and progress of interest was consistently given in regular intervals. Final negotiations were quick and hassle free, with guidance from Paul but never pressured. Paul protected the price point we wanted to sell for, and didn't worry us with low price point offers. Would highly recommend Paul John's real-estate agent services to sellers.

Fantastic!!
Paul and his team were absolutely brilliant.
