Great agent
I almost lost all my patients to sell my property with the former agent from the other company who provides me terrible service for me until I contacted Patrick! In the beginning, I read the rate agent and i found Partic is No.1 agent in Carina heights and I thought I might have another try. Normally I did not 100% believe this kind of reviews from the internet, however, the facts prove that he is a perfect agent! He is a really nice, friendly and professional agent who is always updating all the information with me and answer all of my questions. He can understand my pressure completely and help us during the whole process which beyond my expectation. Thank you so much.

Fantastic Agent one for the Buyer and the Seller
I've known Trent for over 10years and he's been involved in 2 sales and 2 purchase of properties throughout this time with our family. You don't come across too many agents that when you first meet him all your walls come down and you just feel relaxed throughout the whole journey. Even when there's 7 contracts on your property he's still there on a Saturday doing open homes chasing more right till the very end when it goes unconditional. This is a clear indicator of a hard worker. When its time to buy he's fair and honest and well up-to-speed with the market area whether it's Northside or Southside and its worth. He will work in with both the buyer and the seller to reach a price that fits for both.

Pleasant personality, diligent at his job and puts in the extra effort.
Patrick worked hard for the sellers. As buyers we felt under pressure to increase our offer. As recent sellers ourselves, we found we were under pressure to drop our price so understandably we got a bit fed up. However, we found Patrick patient and sensitive to our situation. He is a good communicator and kept us informed.

Genuinely Brilliant Agent
My husband and I recently had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Trent Powles. Albeit being the Seller's Agent, Trent was the most reliable and forthcoming agent we have ever dealt with in our lives! I deal in property law and with agents on a daily basis, so I do not part with these words lightly. At every step of the way, he made himself available and accessible.
