Exceptional service with high professionalism
I recently purchased a property through Rowena Gill and was pleasantly surprised to have found such a remarkable Real Esate Agent. Rowena is unique; one of a kind. Her invaluable knowledge of local market trends was truly inciteful and very helpful in determining my final offer to the seller was reasonable. Due to her expertise in negotiating between parties, it ensured both the seller and I had a great outcome. I felt instantly at ease during the first conversation I had with Rowena. Aside from her wealth of knowledge in the industry, I know she lives in breathes her work, and it shows. I forged a very quick relationship with her where I felt like I had known her for years. No question was off limits, nor did she have any hidden agendas. Incredibly down to earth, her authenticity makes her the honest and open individual she is. The entire process was extremely fast, so much so that I wasn't prepared for how fast it all happened! Rowena was only too happy to assist me in every step of the way to ensure my journey to settlement and beyond, was smooth sailing and a positive one. There need to be more Rowena Gill's in the industry and when it comes time for me to sell in the future, I will undoubtedly be using the expertise of Rowena. I cannot thank or recommend her enough!
