After understanding my needs she was able to further show me 4-5 properties that not only fit my budget, but also show me examples of other properties structured the same way. For example my goal was to buy a property to then add a second dwelling at the rear. So not only did she show homes for sale, she also took me through older properties who have done the same so I could see examples of what they did which was a great help.
