We met with multiple agents during the choosing process and we received feedback not only from sellers but from buyers also in regards to Amy and how they too had a seamless experience. To say she went above and beyond does not even do her service justice. She knew we were away with family for a few days in amongst the chaos of packing up, she went in did a tidy up (even made our beds) for when we got home. Amy applies attention to detail, and welcomes every buyer through with a big smile and warm heart. During the process, I would like to say we become friends as she held space for all the emotions that come with selling the family home for an overseas adventure. Being of an older (80+) generation & the Red Tape associated with Selling my property with Amy & buying another property within a Retirement Complex at the same time was stressful to say the least.
