Nobody does it better than Pamela
We were told by a prior agent our investment house was virtually unsellable due to it enormous size and lack of yard space. After a failed listing we approached Pamela. She advised what needed to happen and a few weeks later we were back on the market looking absolutely fantastic. Pamela achieved multiple offers with 24 hours of the listing going live and the property was sold immediately for a much higher price than first agent had conditioned us down to. We will only use Pamela in future as she is simply the Best and a lovely person also

Very helpful, both in viewing the property and during the auction.I made it clear to Pamela that I was viewing the property as an investment ,not a residence. Therefore more critical and price aware. Pamela did look at my needs and certainly helped and encouraged. To me the purchase price is a large amount of money so to have the feeling that I have been treated well and to have confidence that I have done the right thing is important. I have put the rental in her hands and am sure that I will be treated well and will get fair advice if there are problems. So I am happy with the choice of agent.

The Best Agent - Outstanding!
After being on the market for nearly 2 years with 2 other agents, I listed with Pamela and she sold the property in 45 days for full asking price! Outstanding Agent
Pamela is a very professional, honest, & she worked tirelessly over the 5 week campaign to sell our property at auction. We didn't even have to go to auction as Pamela negotiated an amazing result for us before auction. She definitely works for the seller, and listens to the seller, & doesn't just try for any half acceptable sale just to get a sale & commission!! We would thoroughly recommend PAMELA as YOUR AGENT!!
