Trent did an excellent job advocating for us as the vendor and in our view his advice and recommendations in terms of presentation and price were very well balanced and provided us with every opportunity to maximise our sale price. He constantly kept us informed of his progress and the interest being shown in the property his communication style was open and his advice as it were on the money. He put in the time to give our property excellent exposure to the that ultimately lead to the successful sale at we believe the best price.
