We started talking with Craig some years ago when he sold another house in our area. At that stage we weren't thinking of selling but felt it was smart to have contact with an agent for our future needs, We soon realised that he was highly experienced, knowledgeable and practical. When we made the decision to sell we soon had the benefit of his understanding of the market and his clear thinking. His communications during the selling period were always adequate; we were never in need of information. Thanks Craig, you did a great job and we really appreciate it.

Working with Pat to purchase my townhouse in Carina Heights was a pleasure. Pat was professional and highly responsive, often outside of business hours. His knowledge of the local area is second to none. Pat’s willingness to liaise with the vendor on my behalf during the course of the sale was much appreciated. I would not hesitate to recommend Pat and the team at Harcourts Property centre, Coorparoo.

Pat was great to work with in the purchase of our home. He was extremely knowledgeable about the property and was able to answer all our questions. We felt supported through the negotiation process. He even arranged for the lawns to be mowed after we had settled before we moved in!

From the very beginning to the end Craig made the whole experience so effortless whilst being professional. He kept us informed during same. Nothing was too much trouble. He was extremely knowledgeable in all matters of selling a home. We were Executors of an estate which had some challenging aspects but Craig took it in hand to make the process "smooth" for want of a better word. We have known Craig for quite some time and we were asked from our solicitor to obtain four appraisals. Of course we put Craig forward. In the meantime another appraisal popped up making it five. Because of the nature of the sale and other parties being involved we put our preferred real estate agents forward. Craig did not hesitate to travel quite some distance to relay all to the other parties. Imagine our absolute delight when the other parties chose Craig. He well and truly deserved to beat all the other players to achieve the sale. So up went the For Sale Sign leaving not a thing for us to do. His whole process was so experienced and he obtained an unbelievable outcome which might I say pleased all parties involved. Because of the nature of the sale being somewhat complicated Craig was extremely sensitive and compassionate. I have probably used some same adjectives to describe Craig but I make no apologies as he deserves all the accolades coming his way. To engage Craig meant we all got the BEST outcome. We could not have asked for better. We make no hesitation in recommending Craig Barnes for all matters real estate. As an aside because we have known Craig for quite some time we have it in our wills that he take care of our property when "we fall off our perches". That is how much we approve of Craig Barnes. You will not regret engaging him.
