Pat & his team went above and beyond to help with the sale of our house. The process was flawless from beginning to post auction. From daily check ins, weekly market updates, open home feedback and ongoing support. They were extremely professional to deal with and we felt more than comfortable selecting them, as they took the time to understand us and our house. We would highly recommend Pat & his team and will definitely use again. If we could give him more stars we would. Thanks again for all your hard work and dedication - dream result!

You'd struggle to find a smoother operator out there than Pat Ivey, Jewlz Halliday & Nico Beri! What a team. Absolute pleasure to deal with start to finish. They each combine to ensure the experience is a first class one. Pat really works way too hard, but that is to his client's advantage. His knowledge of the Carina and Carina Heights area is second to none and his ability to sell the location to the buyers here is phenomenal. Would not hesitate to recommend Pat to anyone looking to sell in Carina & Carina Heights. Thanks again Pat.

Pat, Nico and Jewlie assisted us with each step of the sale. Being interstate made some things tricky, but they were very helpful. We were very happy with the photography, communication and the sale price.
