Nico was very helpful throughout the whole buying process. Purchasing a home was very daunting to me as I am a first home buyer but Nico helped to make the process a lot less stressful because he was always available to answer any questions I had and responded very quickly. He was very supportive, reliable and professional.

Nico was a pleasure to do business with, very professional, great communication right the way through to the end of the sale. His guidance and knowledge of how to approach the campaign was excellent. We also really like the way he gave so much time to our tenants and the new buyer. Highly recommended. Thanks again.

We couldn't be more satisfied dealing with Patrick and his team. They were very knowledgable and their marketing and communication skills were excellent.

The common perception of real estate agents are that they just take their commission and don't do much in return. This is not the case for Pat Ivey and his team. They listened to our needs, to our ideas, understood our view points. They were always available to discuss items. They truly made us feel part of their team. A team with one goal, which was to make our dream a reality. They succeeded! Don't use anyone else! Thanks you for changing our lives.

Just sold through Harcourts with Pat Ivey and couldn't be happier with the out come. Pat was very professional and made me feel comfortable from the outset. He clearly explained his marketing strategy and reasons behind it with honesty & confidence. We had a signed contract within days of it being on the market and he continued to keep us informed right through the entire process. He is extremely knowledgeable about the area and I would recommend him without any hesitation

I have known Patrick for 2 years from when he sold my mother’s home. He was aware I lived in the area and was constantly in touch with me with market advice with no pressure. When the time was right to sell our home he was my obvious choice as he lived in the area and knew the market. I was confident I could trust him in an industry where it can be difficult to find someone to trust. He was completely professional and kept us up to date throughout our sale process achieving an unconditional sale prior to auction. Thank you Patrick and team Ivey at Harcourts Property Centre.

This is our third transaction with Pat and the team and somehow it went even smoother than the last one. His communication and negotiating skills are second to none! Thanks again Pat, Jewlie, Nico and Igor.

I am now the proud owner of a house sold to me by Patrick Ivey and his team. Settlement has occurred; I take great pleasure in thanking the Patrick Ivey team members for their efforts throughout the purchasing process. Pat was always especially professional, outstandingly helpful, very pleasant, particularly reliable, a great communicator and exceptionally attentive. Pat was ever willing to provide useful advice and to ‘go the extra mile’, for which I was extremely appreciative. He was respectful towards all – the sellers, the tenants, other agents, prospective purchasers, his colleagues, and to me, as a buyer. He truly went ‘above and beyond’. I would certainly highly recommend Patrick and his team to others interested in selling or buying property.

We had high expectations, and Mel Christie not only met them, but far exceeded them. She took care of everything from start to finish, offered assistance at every point of the process, and most importantly kept communication flowing. We achieved a sale price far higher than we ever imagined possible. This home was so special to us, and Mel and Sharni treated it in the exact same way. Smooth, stress-free process, we are stoked with the outcome and could not have chosen a better agent. Thank you!!

Pat and Jewlie were very professional and a delight to work with. From the initial stages of explaining the suburb's property market and recommended sale strategy to photography and presentation of the property, Pat and his team were reliable, ensuring all facets of the sales process were taken care of. Pat's regular and open communication kept me aware of his progress and he always made himself available when I had any questions. His negotiations landed a great result, all while making the overall experience an easy one. I would highly recommend Pat and his team.

Patrick was incredibly welcoming and friendly from the get go which made the entire experience that much smoother. The man was so helpful and was only ever a phone or text away which gave me and my partner great comfort. This made us at ease during a time that should’ve been way more stressful. 10/10 would recommend.
