Listed, under contract, sold and settled all in just 3 weeks! I didn’t think it would be possible being so close to Christmas, but Chris’s quick, efficient and professional work from start to finish made it all possible. Not only was it a seamless process, but the result was truly above and beyond our expectations. I can’t thank you enough, Chris! Your local knowledge and experience is astounding and anyone selling in the Redlands should definitely give you a call!

Real hard worker, real professional. Only have good experiences with Patrick and his team. Definitely I will go with Patrick again if I sell the house in the area. If you are looking to sell, just ask to Patrick and sleep well. He’s the one.

Pat Ivey is a gun! No doubt about it. He is extremely sharp in the negotiation, has amazing specialist area knowledge, is friendly and approachable and very calm and composed. He was available late at night to answer phone calls and keep the deal moving forwards. Absolutely awesome experience to work with him and wouldn't hesitate to recommend locals sell with him and his amazing team. Special mention to them actually - Jewlie Halliday who brings a huge energy to the team and Nico who is super calm, composed and very approachable. Super team!!

Pat was a great communicator, took care of the little things to get the sale. Importantly wasn’t pushy, listened and acted on our requests and got us the price we wanted. Can’t recommend highly enough

This is my second interaction with Pat in a purchase sense and my first that I’ve been successful (and hopefully many more). Both times Pat’s communication is extremely efficient and accurate unlike other agents I’ve purchased property from. His job is to get the deal done with a bit of flair and charisma which is delivered in droves. In this market a lot of buyers don’t feel confident with the journey but I’d be happy for Pat to be the pilot. Thank you.

We all have an idea of a stereotypical real estate agent but you forget all about that once you meet Pat. He is able to assure you of things but is always cognisant of never betraying your trust or the trust of the other party. In our case, he was able to answer questions about the property, agreed to allow us to inspect the property at an odd time and never made us feel as though we were under any obligation to make an offer or bid on the property. He was a gentleman through and through. If we need to buy another property, or we think of selling a property, Pat is the first we will be talking to!

Pat did an outstanding job in selling our home. We were very pleased with not only the sales result but the entire process. His market knowledge is exceptional as is his communication skills. He has assembled a great team with Jewlie and Niko who have a warm sense of welcome and outstanding interpersonal skills. This is the second time Pat and his team have sold a house for us and we can’t recommend them highly enough…

Can't thanks enough to Ross and his team for helping us in buying our first property. Ross is extremely helpful and knowledgeable and takes his job seriously. He is completely customer focused and one can rely on his advice. His work ethics and responsiveness is top notch which is quite reflective in his team members too. I would definitely recommend him.
