Top agent provides excellent advice which achieved a top outcome.
Over a number of years consideration was given to selling the property. Patrick remained interested and provided up to date information about the local market during this time. Once the decision was made to sell the property Patrick was the obvious selection as an agent for the process. He was able to provide answers to all my questions as well as extensive advice on industry and Carina Heights markets. All his advice came to fruition and the property was sold within the week.
