Ross and his team at Harcourts were amazing! Knowledge of the market, attention to detail and care through the sale was exceptional and professional. We would recommend him and his team to anyone wishing to peruse a sale. Ross and Maddi went the extra mile to assist and make the whole process from start to finish a pleasant and positive experience.

Very professional, proactive crew and never out of energy support and communication from Pat. After leaving the property vacant for 5 months, we recieved support and guidance from Pat and the property ended up under contract in 1 day. We got well above expected price and market value. Highly recommend the team, couldn't do it without you guys.

We have found Patrick very passionate and hardworking during the time with our listing with Harcourts. It was a common occurrence to hear from Patrick after office hours including weekends. His feedback and communication was incredible as it was constant, honest and reliable. We highly recommend Patrick and his team for your listing.

Pat was an excellent agent and I highly enjoyed working with him to sell my property. We originally ran into him at a few open houses while looking to buy a new property and were really impressed with his knowledge of the area and attitude - friendly and working hard for his clients but without being too pushy for a sale. Due to our interactions with him, he was our first choice when looking to sell our own property and we weren't disappointed. He had great communication throughout the process and really helped us understand and work through everything. He was able to handle anything that came up and really made the selling process as pain & stress-free as possible. Highly recommended!

Pat's friendly demeanour makes you feel right at home, which is how I felt the minute I walked into "Herbie". He is the fastest communicator, no matter the day or time and made the buying process as stress free as possible in what should be a very stressful market to purchase in. Thank you Pat and Jewlie for being so kind and amazing and making real estate great again.

Seems to have a good feel for the market and a strong strategy for generating interest and getting a good result. Kept us informed throughout the process, including after we signed the contract during the finance, inspections processes. Would recommend

Trent was the only local agent to stay in regular contact as changing circumstances dictated the timetable for the sale of our Coorparoo home in 2020-21. That level of customer commitment guaranteed him the selling assignment when we did move and his intimate knowledge of the local market ensured it was a satisfying experience. We have no hesitation in recommending Trent and Harcourts Property Service.
