As a first time seller, Paul was very helpful and guided us through the whole process of selling at each and every step. Paul discussed a marketing plan strategy and how to position the property, he organised a cheap handyman to make light touch ups on the property, helped with staging the property. Buyer feedback and progress of interest was consistently given in regular intervals. Final negotiations were quick and hassle free, with guidance from Paul but never pressured. Paul, at all times, was patient, respectful and understanding towards two older people trying to make a major lifestyle change and who were nervous about the whole upheaval. Paul was the agent we bought our Bulimba property from some 11 years ago so we went back to him when we downsized, and he sold it in record time at a good price. On the third time we moved into an investment town house, and although it was in Redcliffe and outside Paul's area, he acquired a purchaser for it , even though the neighbour's place, which had the same layout, was also for sale but our's sold first. It was probably the advise on staging and keen pricing he gave to our property which made the mark first.
