Personally engaged and thorough communication
Carmen's communication and engagement was excellent. She and her excellent team was able to work around my complex timetable and ensure I hit deadlines for paperwork. Each tradesperson she referred me to did excellent work and I was very pleased with the stylist she suggested. Friendly, professional service.
I found Carmen Briggs and the people I dealt with there to be professional, courteous and very helpful, especially with providing guidance and relevant information for a first-time buyer in the Australian market. Excellent communicator with an extensive knowledge of the property market.
When we decided to sell our house we contacted several agents. We found Carmen Briggs to be very approachable and she took the time to understand our situation and needs. She clearly explained the sales process and gave us points to consider specific to our situation rather than a broard range of general issues. After engaging Carmen and her team for the sale we were provided with advise and supported through the pre-sale period and co-ordination of the styling and photography. Once on the market, Carmen rearranged our open house times to suite the number of interested groups and arranged additional access for potential buyers. Through her marketing we had a signifficant number of interested groups and we were able to secure a contract within only a few days. The team's support continued to be provided throughout the contract period to ensure there was nothing to hinder the final settlement.
