looking for a buyer Ian sold next door so called him and he achieved the sale
Ian has many buyers waiting to buy so Ian found us a buyer at our price within a week with quick settlement but we had to wait because our funder had closed down and had a mortgage so we had to get ASIC to release the mortgage . Ian was patient with the delayed settlement .

Sale of subdivided land
