Sincerity - the mark of a great agent

Sale of property

ABOVE and BEYOND the CALL of DUTY
Ian provided my wife Jenny & I who relocated to the Gold Coast a couple of years ago with honest professional advice throughout the whole process of selling our home of 16 years. Result Driven, No Nonsense.
Ian knows the area extremely well and the market. We placed our home on the market just as COVID started, despite our apprehension of putting it on the market at such an unknown time, Ian reassured us that there where plenty of buyers, and he was right. First open house we had a buyer. He is realistic, sensible and no nonsense. Would not sell with anyone else. Accommodating and flexible. Thank you Ian for your honestly and professionalism.
