Wayne clearly answered all queries in a timely and supportive way. He answered all questions honestly, to the best of his knowledge, and added some info for our use and tracked down information if it wasn't to hand. Difficult to walk the line between seller and buyer, so his diligence was appreciated.

Carolyn sold us our beautiful home 8yrs ago. When the decision to move on arrived I did not hesitate to seek Carolyn's help again due to her deep knowledge of the local market, she is friendly, supportive, professional & very responsive, keeping me well informed every step of the way. I always felt in good hands. I highly recommend Carolyn to anyone looking to buy or sell.

Carolyn did her homework in regards to the area the unit was in. This was outside of her usual territory. I asked for, and she managed to get far more than what I expected. I would totally recommend her. Thank you Carolyn

In an industry that's become increasingly automated and impersonal, June is a breath of fresh air. From our first meeting, it was clear that she brings something rare to real estate: genuine care and old school professional service values. June's knowledge of Wellington Point and the surrounding areas is simply unmatched. She doesn't just know property prices. She knows the neighborhood stories, the local community, the subtle differences between streets, and exactly what makes each pocket special. This isn't information you can Google. It's the kind of deep, lived understanding that only comes from years of genuine love for an area she lives in. While other agents seemed determined to push me through elaborate marketing funnels, June kept things beautifully simple, elegant and professional. She listened, really listened, to what I needed, and tailored everything accordingly. No cookie cutter strategies, no pressure tactics, just honest, thoughtful advice delivered with warmth and respect. The result was a sale price that genuinely exceeded my expectation. But more than that, I felt supported and informed every step of the way. June made what could have been a stressful experience feel manageable and even positive. If you're looking for an agent who combines real market knowledge with authentic personal service, June is absolutely the person you want in your corner. She really gets that real estate is ultimately about people and homes, not just transactions. Cannot recommend highly enough.

June was truly a delight to work with. At all times I was kept up to date with the discussions surrounding my purchase and June ensured that both Vendor and Buyer were aligned throughout the whole journey, leaving both parties feeling comfortable. June quickly became a household now in my family circle and was always respectful of the big decision to buy a property. June also introduced me to the Harcourts Property Centre team members who will continue the good work and manage the property.
