We had a very positive experience dealing with Ian and the team at Ray White Wellington Point. Ian's communication was second to none. He promptly and accurately answered all our calls, emails and texts and if we ever were unable to catch him on the phone would he would respond almost immediately. He provided us with updates when unexpected circumstances arose and explained the situation clearly and accurately. He was also very upfront an honest about the property and transaction, a quality that I do not generally associate with real estate agents which was refreshing and made the process a whole lot easier. A very easy transaction. As an Investor I saw the property online and the numbers added up. I placed a call into Ian during the week negotiated on price and flew up from Sydney on the weekend to close out the deal and put down a deposit. We found Ian very easy to work with and we ended up using Ian as our eye's and ears during the buying process for Inspections and other small matters.
