Dale was extremely efficient from start to finish in regards to making this sale. There was a clear timeline to the sale process that was communicated well. Upon first contact he suggested what work/renos should be completed prior to marketing the property, so to be able to achieve the highest possible sale price. The total time it took, from the house photos being taken to having multiple offers and a solid signed contract (including open home) was under seven days. Couldn’t be happier!
