We owned a property in Biggera waters for over 10 years. We bough it with a plan to retire in the sunny QLD (we don't live in QLD yet). David was our Building manager then. Our association goes a long way :-) We never had a plan to sell this unit and declined a number of queries over the years. One fine day in Dec 2024, David called me impromptu and enquired about how things are going. We ended up having a chat about where I am at my career and life. I realized that my retirement plan of settling in QLD is not the same anymore (work / life / children etc). David suggested that it may be a good time to put my unit on the market as thing around Biggera waters are changing rapidly. It made sense and we agreed to test the market. David took care of the marketing and advertising. Soon, we had an offer that we couldn't resist. David took care of working with the rental agency and sorting out the right time for settlement. He even helped me with finding a conveyencer. In whole, our selling journey was smooth. We highly recommend David's services.
