I found Ryan to be friendly, astute and very professional. Ryan kept me informed at all times throughout the buyer inspections, negotiations and settlement process for the sale of my property and this resulted in a record price. I was very impressed. I would highly recommend Ryan for any of your real estate needs.

I purchased a property from Tracy. As a single woman with little experience in the process of purchasing a property I found Tracy to be very supportive and informative. Tracy was always available to take my calls and talk me through the process keeping me updated at all times. Tracy is transparent and an agent I felt I could trust and would recommend her as an agent who gives 100%.

Talei and her team sold our home at a great price within two weeks. Our home sat on the market for 6 months with another agent pressuring us to sell for so much less. We found Talei to be professional, no nonsense, approachable and had a great plan of attack to get our home sold. Talei knew the area well which I believe helped sell our property quickly. Would highly recommend Talei to anyone wanting to sell their property.

David made the entire purchasing process really easy. He was happy to answer all my questions, and did well to mediate between myself and the sellers to ensure both parties were happy with the purchase/sale of the property.
