Tracy and Scarlett were fantastic!
Tracy and Scarlett were a wonderful team, and we couldn't speak more highly of our experience with them. They were incredibly responsive, supportive and went out of their way to ensure all our questions were answered promptly. Tracy even showed me through the property outside of open home hours as I was travelling from Brisbane, and she helped answer questions about having a dog at the property when it was her day off and she was at the doctor - that was really going above and beyond! Scarlett was also very helplful, caring and fantastic - they make a great team. They both made our first experience of purchasing an investment property very easy, and I would highly recommend them. Excellent and helpful agent
Wanted to buy the house I was currently renting. Mitch being the number one agent in the area was the best choice to try to make this happen. He was able to contact the original owners and liase between us to come up with a deal very promptly. The whole process felt quite smooth. Mitch was available anytime I had any questions. It was good to have an agent that everyone I dealt with knew. You could tell he is experienced and was well known in the industry.
