Professional Agent
It can be difficult to find a professional individual when they all seem to have excellent reviews on Rate My Agent. As a couple who have purchased and sold numerous residential properties, in a number of different states in Australia, we have had the opportunities to deal with numerous agents. The best feedback we could provide to anyone undertaking research on Rate My Agent, would be, at the very least have a chat to Perry Brosnan before deciding which agent you wish to use.

Perry is an outstanding professional performing agent who is not pushy.
At a time of high stress with the loss of an elderly Aunt and placing a second Aunt in nursing care, Perry was a breath of fresh air. Highly professional yet so helpful and friendly, Perry displayed excellent knowledge , experience and accurate advice, yet at no time was he ever pushy. Perry allowed us to make our own informed decisions in our own comfortable time. The Aunts' villa unit was so well marketed that we had 3 inquiries on the first morning and 2 contract offers in less than a week. Perry negotiated offers where we obtained a solid cash contract at a higher price than expected. Perry went the extra mile and kept us well informed throughout the process. By far Perry was the best agent we have encountered in our 15 sales/purchase history. I sincerely recommend Perry as your first choice when selecting a real estate agent.

Extremely Helpful
The one thing that stands out with our dealing with Ellen is if she says she will do something, she does it. Everything we asked of her was done in quick time and with great efficiency. Overall our experience was quite smooth. I would recommend Ellen to other people and definitely request her services if we ever decide to sell.

Prompt attention very good on details
A pleasure to be shown around the properties that Brent had for us to review ,he was there to answer any of our enquiries.We came from interstate and our knowledge of the area was not good. He was there on time for all our inspections and was knowledgeable in the areas we were concerned about.
