Robert is an excellent agent. Easy to deal with, enthusiastic about the area I bought in, but not pushy.

I listed my apartment in Subiaco with Mark Stanhope. He suggested a price which was above what I had expected and was confident that it would sell. It did.....3 offers within days of listing and a seamless process. Mark is a really friendly, knowledgeable person and a pleasure to deal with. Thank you Mark and thank you LJ HOOKER SUBIACO.

I have to say that Robert helped me a lot by showing me several properties in the area without putting any pressure on me to choose one in particular he gave me the time and freedom to choose the property of my choice which I did, I appreciated his respectful, professional and friendly interaction, Thanks Robert.

I recently worked with Samantha from LJ Hooker Subiaco to sell my property, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. She took to the time to understand my needs and was always available to answer questions throughout the entire process. What I appreciated most was her honesty and transparency. I highly recommend Samantha to anyone looking to buy or sell a home, she truly goes above and beyond for her clients!

Robert knows real estate; he works out the best features of a property by talking to the people in the know - those selling. He has an impeccable memory was able to draw on this memory to match the new owners, he took the hard work out of selling a home. In our case it was not only quick but almost to the $ of the best price predication. Thanks, Rob we will miss Hopetoun but very happy with the result.
