From the start Mary was excellent at providing guidance on potential improvements to be completed at the property to maximise value. She was able to provide expert advise on the best strategy to engage buyers on auction day as well as how best to set a reserve price that will help maximise the sale price. Also provided excellent insights from prospective buyer feedback each week of the marketing campaign until auction day that included lots of great statistics from varioud websites where the property was advertised. She and the team were able to deliver far beyond expectations on auction day by achieving a sale price well beyond our expectations.
