We met with a couple of agents to be able to make an informed decision about who to entrust to sell our investment property. Emilia won us over as she was very knowledgeable, down to earth and appeared passionate and hard working. We were not wrong! We made a great choice! We received a phone call and an email after every open and a report once a week re the online campaign and Emilia was always contactable and responsive to our questions at all times. Emilia was also in touch with us every day in the few days leading to auction. We never felt like we were being conditioned to take a lower price as we have done with past agents and Emilia was up front and honest every step of the way. It also helped that we were very in touch with the current market and realistic in our reserve. Our property sold at auction with a 28 day settlement and was the highest selling 3 bedroom property in the area on that day! We could not have been happier with the result!
